Hlanganisa Community Fund for Social and Gender Justice is an intermediary grant maker that channels funding to the grassroots level. Our work is aimed at contributing towards achieving social justice through enhancing the capacity of community-based organisations, promoting human rights and equity, and fostering agency and cohesion in communities. We focus on access to justice, gender justice and women’s leadership development and climate change and energy justice.

Qualifications and Requirements

Qualifications:

  • A Postgraduate qualification in Bachelor of Accounting Science, Bcompt Honours, Bcom Accounting Honours will be an added advantage. 
  • Ideally, registration as a Chartered Accountant.

Experience

  • Must have operated at a senior and strategic financial level, reporting to a CEO or CFO or Board for approximately 7 years.
  • Must have previous exposure of strategic financial management, forecasting and reporting.
  • Must have worked with grant funding in an NPO.

  • Strategic financial acumen and leadership,
