    Please include a job description, requirements, region (and if remote/hybrid), deadline, 'how to apply', and link to your nonprofit website. For premium ads please send us the details to include on the invoice.

  • How long does it take for my ad to go live?

    We aim to have all job ads live within 1 working day of submission. Advertorials and opportunities can take up to 2-3 working days to publish. 

  • How long does an ad stay on the site?

    Ads remain on our site until the deadline, when they are automatically removed. This is to ensure that only current ads are visible on the site.

  • Can I extend the deadline of an ad?

    Absolutely. We do not charge to extend deadlines of ads. Just drop us an email with the new information. This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and we'll update the information and bump the ad up to the top of listings. 

    * Note that ads that have been removed from our website will have to be re-uploaded and standard rates will apply.

    * If you would like the post shared on social media again, we charge R225.

  • How do free ads work?

    Free vacancy ads are posted on our website on Friday mornings. These ads will remain on the website until the deadline indicated on the ad.
